Failure to do so may result in us being unable to provide the Services in respect of your Booking and may result in us cancelling your Booking with immediate effect.ġ.6. You must ensure that all information, including payment card details, are correct, valid and up to date from the point that you submit your Booking to us and the time the Services are completed. In the event that we are unable to contact you using the details that you have provided then we may cancel your Booking with immediate effect.ġ.5. You must provide us with a valid contact telephone number and email address in order to ensure that we can contact you in relation to your Booking. Where we have to make a cancellation or a change, we will let you know.ġ.4. However, from time to time it may be necessary and we reserve the right to do so in accordance with these Terms. We will endeavour not to cancel or change your Booking once it has been accepted. We have no obligation to provide you with any reasons for such a cancellation.ġ.3. If we do so we will send you an email notification to that effect. We reserve the right to decline any Booking. Upon us sending you an email confirmation, a contract will be formed between us which incorporates both these Terms and the details of your Booking as is set out in the email confirmation.ġ.2.
Your Booking is only confirmed at the point at which we send you an e-mail confirmation to the email address that you provided when you made the Booking.
